Samples are shipped via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL and typically arrive within 2–4 days. You may use your courier account, or we can arrange prepaid freight.
4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 2,000 sets. However, we also support smaller trial orders for new clients. Please share your requirements for kids feeding sets, and we’ll prepare a tailored quotation. Our goal is to establish long-term partnerships once you’ve experienced our quality and service.
5. What is the sample lead time?
Existing kids tableware samples: 2–3 days (free of charge).
Custom baby feeding set samples: 10–15 days, depending on design complexity.

For MOQ orders, production usually takes 30–35 days. With large-scale production capacity, we ensure on-time delivery even for bulk wholesale orders of kids kitchenware.
7. What file formats do you require for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR, and PDF. Our in-house design team will prepare digital proofs for your approval before moving into production.
8. How many colors are available?

9. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (bank transfer):
