Certainly! We provide free samples of existing baking utensils, while custom molds or designs may incur a small charge, which is refundable upon bulk order placement. Samples are shipped via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL and usually arrive within 2–4 days. You may use your courier account, or we can ship with prepaid freight.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 2,000 units. However, we accept smaller trial orders to support new clients. Please share your requirements for custom bakeware or kitchen baking tools, and we will provide a tailored quotation. What is the sample lead time?
Existing bakeware samples: 2–3 days (free of charge).

What are your payment terms?
