Samples are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT and usually arrive within 2–4 days. You may use your own courier account or choose prepaid shipping.
4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ for the custom silicone utensil set of 6 is 2,000 sets.
For new customers or trial orders, smaller quantities may be accepted. Please share your customization requirements so we can provide a flexible solution.
5. What is the sample lead time?
Existing silicone utensil samples: 2–3 days
Custom silicone utensil set samples: 10–15 days, depending on logo, color, and mold requirements
6. What is the production lead time?
For MOQ orders, mass production takes approximately 30–35 days. As a specialized silicone kitchen utensils factory, we ensure stable capacity and on-time delivery for bulk wholesale orders.
7. What file formats are required for custom designs?
We accept AI, PDF, CDR, and JPG files. Our in-house design team will create digital proofs for approval before production begins.
8. How many colors are available?
We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to achieve precise color consistency. You can provide Pantone codes, or we can suggest popular colors for silicone spaghetti servers, turners, and ladles based on market trends.
9. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (bank transfer):
30% deposit before production
70% balance before shipment
For lower bank fees, full payment in one transaction is recommended.
