Certainly! We provide free samples of existing bulk silicone ice cube mold, while custom molds or designs may incur a small charge, which is refundable upon bulk order placement. Samples are shipped via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL and usually arrive within 2–4 days. You may use your courier account, or we can ship with prepaid freight.
4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 2,000 units. However, we accept smaller trial orders to support new clients. Please share your requirements for food grade silicone ice cube mold or FDA/LFGB certificated ice cube tray, and we will provide a tailored quotation. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships after you evaluate our quality and service.
5. What is the sample lead time?
Existing ice cube mold samples: 2–3 days (free of charge).
Custom silicone ice ball maker samples: 10–15 days, depending on design complexity.
