For customized products, please provide design file to us. It will takes about 1 week time for making samples. Our Sample department will dispatch sample to check the quality on customer DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account.

3000pcs for customized products. Due to the heavy weight of cookware products, we suggest customers to order as much as what a whole container can be loaded to save the cost on shipping. for example, one 20GP container can load around 700 cartons. Customize orders such as OEM or ODM usually require the MOQ of more than 30,000-10,00p Pieces. Some post-processing orders may require less.

For the stock cookware products, we are capable of express shipping within 7 days.

For customize order, It usually takes approximately 35-40 days.

Yes, we will offer free samples to you. Samples can be provided upon request. Customers need to pay the freight of samples.

The payment term we prefer are T/T (30% Deposit and 70% Balance against before shipping) and L/C(require over US $30,000). We also accept orders under Trade Assurance by Alibaba.
