Absolutely! We provide free samples of our existing serving tongs for quality evaluation. For custom designs, a small sample fee may apply, which is fully refundable once a bulk order is placed. Samples are typically shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or TNT and delivered within 2–4 working days. If you have a preferred courier account, we can use it; otherwise, shipping costs can be prepaid.

Can you support private label branding and packaging?

Yes. We provide full private label kitchenware manufacturing service, including: cusotm logo, custom color, custom packaging, offer retail-ready packaging box and labeling Amazon FNSKU labeling support. What is your production lead time?

Mass production typically takes 30–35 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Our efficient supply chain allows us to handle both small and large-volume kitchenware wholesale orders on time.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ for custom order is 1,000-2,000 pieces, but we welcome smaller trial orders to support new customers. Let us know your required quantity and we’ll offer the best quote accordingly.

MOQ: For stock kitchenware products, the MOQ is 500 units.

For custom kitchenware products, the MOQ is 2,000 units.

9. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (bank transfer) with the following standard terms:

30% deposit before production
70% balance before shipment
For small orders, full payment upfront is also acceptable to reduce transaction costs.

10. How do I place an order?
